Comparison of echo decay curves for 13C in histidine obtained with a single rotor-synchronized refocusing pulse at a spinning frequency of 60 kHz. The curves with T2 relaxation times 43.5, 41.7 and 37.0 ms (red symbols) were obtained with our PISSARRO decoupling scheme.
Efficiency of heteronuclear decoupling for different carbon sites in histidine using our PISSARRO decoupling sequence applied to a sample spinning at 60 kHz as a function of the rf amplitude used for pruton decoupling decreasing from 190 to 80 kHz from left to right at 400 MHz.
